Policies

Cancellation- If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give 24 hours advanced notice to insure you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full, if you are a gift certificate holder, you will then forfeit your gift certificate. Payment is required in order to continue to book other sessions. By canceling with less than a 24 hour notice, you give permission to have your credit card on file charged, if there is no card on file, you will receive an invoice to your email that is expected to be paid upon receiving it.
No show- If you fail to give any notice at all or give less than a 3 hour notice, your card on file will be charged in full for the missed service. If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent to your email and is expected to be paid immediately.
Late Arrival- Please show up to your appointment at least 5-10 minutes prior to your session start time. Your session begins right at the time it was set to begin whether you are on the table or not. To avoid having your session time cut, please arrive with plenty of time to allow for assessments and time to get comfortable on the table.
Sexual Advances-Massage Therapy is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. If you make any sexual advancements, the therapist can and will end the session immediately and the session will be charged in full and charges will be pressed.
Illness-If you are feeling under the weather please notify my within 24 hours of your massage so that we can reschedule. If you fail to notify me and come in sick, I reserve the right to turn you away and charge your session in full. This is for the safety of myself and my clients.
Children-I will gladly work with children under 18 with a parent consent form signed, parent must remain in the room or building for the entire session. If the session is NOT for the child, children are not allowed in the treatment room or building.
